An investigation has been launched against Markus Anfang for using a falsified vaccination certificate, his club Werder Bremen wrote on its official website. The trainer of the current number eight of the 2. Bundesliga has denied all accusations in a conversation with the club management and emphasizes in a statement that he has been vaccinated twice against the corona virus.

“Like any double vaccinated citizen, I received my two vaccinations at an official vaccination center. Then I received the correct sticker in my yellow vaccination booklet.
