Atlético Mineiro is actually selling Savinho to the City Football Group, the parent group behind Manchester City, which also includes Troyes. The Brazilian club will retain 12.5% of the economic value of the transfer rights. In addition, the total transfer fee can be seen rising towards 12.5 million euros in the coming period. The intention is for Savinho to sign a multi-year contract in France, after which he will gain experience with football in Europe at PSV. Savinho won the double in Brazil in 2021 with Atlético Mineiro. He plays on the right flank and is left footed. Marseille coach Jorge Sampaoli is full of praise for the Brazilian and called him a better player than Rodrygo (Real Madrid). His stats are less impressive.
