Feyenoord’s European adventure is not only alive in Rotterdam and the surrounding area. The semifinal of the Conference League against Olympique Marseille (0-0) attracted no fewer than 3.5 million viewers on Thursday evening, the KijkOnderzoek Foundation has calculated. This made the game by far the most watched program on Dutch television. On average, about two million people watched the semi-final.

According to Stichting KijkOnderzoek, a total of 3,487,000 people tuned in to Veronica for the semi-final of Feyenoord on Thursday evening. On average, 2,092,000 Dutch people watched the spectacle in Stade Vélodrome. The pre- and post-review also attracted a lot of attention. With 2.2 million viewers (average 1 million), the review is in fifth place as the most watched program, while 1.5 million people (average 498,000) tuned in to Veronica.

The summaries of the other European matches were also duly reviewed. Around half past eleven in the evening, about 650,000 people still watched the matches in the Conference League and the Europa League. They saw, among other things, how the Rangers of Giovanni van Bronckhorst pushed through to the final battle in the Europa League at the expense of RB Leipzig. The Scots will meet Eintracht Frankfurt, which won twice against West Ham United (1-2 and 1-0).
