Marseille had a disastrous general, because on Sunday, in its own Stade Vélodrome, it lost no less than 0-3 to the Olympique Lyon from trainer Peter Bosz. In the second half things went completely wrong against one of the biggest rivals in French football. Feyenoord showed a lot better this weekend. Trainer Arne Slot saw his team beat Fortuna Sittard 1-3, which means that third place in the Eredivisie is even more firmly in the hands of the Rotterdam team. Feyenoord is now unbeaten eight games in a row in all competitions, which should give the necessary confidence in the run-up to the squatter in Marseille on Thursday evening.
