The 19-year-old midfielder left Birmingham City for Dortmund in 2020 for 25 million euros, but the German club would now demand at least 100 million euros for him. Several clubs would be willing to pay that amount.

The Telegraph reports that Liverpool have the best papers to untie Bellingham from Dortmund, although Real Madrid would also be an important candidate.
