PSV has left a good impression on the German media. The Eindhoven team played a draw against Borussia Dortmund (1-1) on Tuesday evening in the first leg of the eighth finals of the Champions League. According to the Germans, even more had lived there. They therefore conclude that PSV coach Peter Bosz is not satisfied.

Der Spiegel states that Borussia Dortmund should not only look critically at the arbitration. “Mats Hummels, the record holder for the most European matches ever for BVB, was furious about the penalty given. Bosz must also be dissatisfied, the medium says. “The ex-Dortmund coach must be annoyed. Annoyed because his team didn't win this game. The Germans had problems in Eindhoven on every level.”

Also BILD believes that PSV deserved more. “Certainly in the second half, PSV was simply the better team for a long time. PSV remained active, even when it did not create any chances. For BVB a draw is a very good result, especially because of the game image.”

Die Welt agrees with that. “PSV was the better team. Dortmund struggled with the playing style of the Eindhoven team. It resulted in poor build-up, lack of grip and therefore there was never control over the match. PSV should have won, but saved with all their efforts BVB the furniture.”
