ADO Den Haag has strengthened itself with Abdel Belarbi. The striker comes transfer-free from Feyenoord and signs for two seasons in the Hofstad. In Rotterdam, Belarbi went through the entire youth academy. The attacker can play in several positions, but prefers to play as a striker.

Belarbi is happy with his move to ADO and is looking forward to his first minutes in the Kitchen Champion Division. “After several seasons at Feyenoord, I am looking forward to this new challenge,” says Belarbi on the website of his new club. “ADO has shown me as a club that they give young talent a chance and that is why it was a conscious choice to sign here. I look forward to playing for ADO, a club where the ambitions are clear.”

Technical manager Daryl Janmaat is also a satisfied man with the transfer of the Rotterdammer. “With Belarbi we bring in an attacking talent for several positions. He has not only shown that at Feyenoord, but also at the representative youth teams of the KNVB. We are happy that these young talents choose ADO to develop further and we will do everything we can to support this. Hopefully Belarbi will have a bright future.”

Last season, Belarbi played fifteen matches in Feyenoord Under 21. In this he scored three goals. The attacker also came in in the game against Almere City Under 21. Unfortunately, this match was lost, as a result of which the youth team of the Rotterdammers did not promote to the Second Division.
