The players of SC Heerenveen have stopped the warm-up ahead of the Eredivisie match against PSV early. There is 'exceptionally much' crowds on the roads in the direction of the Abe Lenstra Stadium, which means that many supporters cannot be there on time. The match will therefore start at least ten minutes later than planned.

The kick-off in the Abe Lenstra Stadium was originally scheduled for 6:45 p.m., but many supporters will not make it to the starting signal due to the 'exceptional crowds on the roads'.

The PSV player bus also had problems getting to the stadium, but in the end, coach Peter Bosz's team was 'just' on time.

After the announcement that the kick-off had been moved, the Heerenveen players decided to go inside, while the Eindhoven players continued the warm-up on the field.
