Jan Boskamp will work as an analyst at Veronica Offside, the football talk show of presenter Wilfred Genee and regular guests Wesley Sneijder and Andy van der Meijde. Boskamp will make his return to the channel next Monday, Genee made Tuesday evening during the broadcast of Today Inside familiar.

Veronica Offside is seen as the successor of the long-standing success program Veronica Inside, in which Genee, René van der Gijp and Johan Derksen talked about the football weekend with a changing guest. Because the trio made the ‘switch’ to Today Inside, in which it is no longer all about football, other guests were chosen. Boskamp was therefore seen for a while at VTBL on RTL.

The football program of RTL 7, which was presented by Simon Zijlemans, was taken off the tube after only six episodes due to poor viewing figures. Now Boskamp returns to Veronica. Genee announced the news on Tuesday evening in the Today Inside broadcast. “I had lunch with Jan this afternoon. A small satay. John looks very good. He can be admired again on Monday at Veronica Offside. That’s great fun.”

Veronica Offside can be seen every Monday and Friday evening from 8.30 pm. Wim Kieft, former (indoor) football player and singer John de Bever, journalist Kees Jansma and Feyenoord watcher from Voetbal International Martijn Krabbendam have already been guests. Last Monday, Veronica Offside still attracted 622,000 viewers. Last Friday there were 474,000.
