Johan Derksen advises Maurice Steijn against hiring Henk ten Cate as an advisor. The Telegraph nominated the latter as the ideal man to save the Ajax coach’s skin. However, Derksen does not think that Steijn can be blamed for the sporting malaise. “He has all kinds of mediocre players around him.”
