Hellas Verona has ended up in the Eredivisie in the search for a replacement for Cyril Ngonge. The Serie A club sees Feyenoorder Javairô Dilrosun as a desirable reinforcement for the front line, report 1908.nl and Fabrizio Romano. There had already been interest from Italy from Lecce.

If all formalities are completed, Hellas Verona will earn a significant amount from the transfer of Ngonge. The former FC Groningen player will transfer to Napoli for twenty million euros, including bonuses.

The money that the current number eighteen of Serie A earns from the transfer of Ngonge should be spent on Dilrosun, that is how it trickles down. The Italians have submitted a formal million-dollar offer to Feyenoord's technical managers.

Dilrosun is still with Feyenoord until mid-2026. 1908.nl previously reported that the Rotterdam team had decisively rejected an offer from Lecce. Lecce initially wanted to rent Dilrosun without a bond.

Feyenoord saw absolutely no point in this and resolutely rejected a new proposal, renting with the option to purchase. The Italians would be willing to transfer at least 2.4 million euros next summer if they were to exercise the option. However, Feyenoord is not cooperating.

The amount Hellas Verona will pay for Dilrosun's services is not disclosed. The winger seemed to be at a dead end at Feyenoord, but recently appeared in the starting line-up in the league match against NEC and was accurate.

Dilrosun seems to be able to play more in Italy. Although the winger played in the last few weeks before the winter break and against NEC, the season total is only 278 minutes, spread over nine games. The attacker managed to score once and was a reporter once.
