Feyenoord starts on Sunday afternoon with Santiago Giménez in the point of the attack. At home, Excelsior is the last hurdle before the long World Cup interruption. With a win, Feyenoord can prepare itself as a leader in peace for the second half of the season. Starting Giménez, Danilo has to settle for a substitute role. The Rotterdam city derby starts at 4.45 pm and can be seen live on ESPN 2.

Bijlow will be under the bar again at Feyenoord on Sunday. In the defense, Slot again chooses Lutsharel Geertruida as right back, while Quilindschy Hartman can defend the left wing. Gernot Trauner and Dávid Hancko form the central duo. Quinten Timber, Orkun Kökçü and Sebastian Szymanski play in midfield.

In the front, Slot opts for Javairô Dilrosun, Giménez and Igor Paixão. Danilo was therefore referred to the bank. Slot also has Alireza Jahanbakhsh and Patrik Wålemark on hand to force something if necessary. Feyenoord currently has an almost fit selection. Only Oussama Idrissi is still missing due to a hamstring injury.

Line-up Feyenoord: Bijlow; Geertruida, Trauner, Hancko, Hartman; Timber, Szymanski, Kokcu; Dilrosun, Gimenez, Paixao.
