Fenerbahçe defeated Adana Demirspor at home on Wednesday evening: 4-2. The best goal of the evening came from Dusan Tadic, who scored from more than forty meters in the seventieth minute. Number two Fenerbahçe remains in the wake of leader Galatasaray with the victory, while Demirspor drops to eleventh place.

Particularities:

The home team took the lead after more than fifteen minutes of play thanks to Alexander Djiku. The Ghanaian was in the right place at the far post to shoot in Mert Müldür's header, who extended a corner: 1-0. However, Fenerbahçe could not enjoy that lead for a long time, as Demirspor came alongside again after eight minutes.

A serious mistake by goalkeeper Irfan Can Egribayat preceded the goal. The home team's goalkeeper pushed the ball into the feet of Mario Balotelli, who was then able to slide into an almost empty goal and level his team: 1-1. Edin Dzeko would put things in order shortly after the break.

It was Irfan Can Kahveci who responded thoughtfully to a failed kick by Demirspor goalkeeper Vedat Karakus, who had come on at half-time. Kahveci threw in very quickly and was able to send Dzeko towards the enemy goal. The attack leader then cut to his left leg before hitting the ball in the far corner: 2-1.

The best goal of the evening came from Tadic. The ex-Ajax player intercepted the ball at the halfway line and then shot from over forty meters, as Karakus was far too far from his goal. Yusuf Barasi scored the tying goal ten minutes before the end, but an equalizer was no longer possible for Demirspor. In fact, Fenerbahçe extended their lead to 4-2 thanks to Serdar Dursun.
