The upcoming matches between Ajax and AZ in the second round of the TOTO KNVB Cup will not be broadcast live, the KNVB has announced. Payment channel ESPN broadcasts only six matches of the coming round and prefers FC Twente – Feyenoord and PSV – Fortuna Sittard.

Ajax will take on Barendrecht on Wednesday 15 December at 8.15 pm, while AZ will kick off against Heracles Almelo on the same evening at 8 pm. ESPN ignores those matches in terms of live registration and opts for the aforementioned matches of Feyenoord and PSV, which start at 6.45 pm and 9 pm respectively.

Two live matches from the second cup round will also be broadcast on Tuesday, December 14: ADO Den Haag will kick off against Gemert at 6.45 pm, while NAC Breda will play against FC Utrecht at 9 pm. On Thursday, December 16, the matches between SC Cambuur and NEC (6.45 pm) and those between sc Heerenveen and De Treffers (21.00 pm) can be seen live.
