To expand our fast digital news provision, Voetbalzone.nl, part of Integrated Media Company (IMC) and sports streaming service DAZN, is looking for at least two enthusiastic and driven editors (m / f) for 20 hours and 40 hours. Voetbalzone.nl, founded in 2001, has developed over the years into the most visited football website in the Netherlands with no fewer than 5.3 million unique visitors per month.

What are you going to do?
You write articles, ensure the supply of news relevant to the target group, monitor deadlines and do not shy away from a fresh cross-media approach. The content must be written, edited and distributed via social media in such a way that it appeals to the target group. You contribute ideas and topics, you have a vision of the news to be delivered and you keep a close eye on all developments.

Your profile?
– a completed HBO study Communication or Journalism, or you are working on it,
– you have experience in writing web texts and you work carefully,
– you know all the ins and outs of social media and are aware of the latest updates,
– you are willing to work irregular hours, especially on weekends,
– you have an excellent command of the English and German language in word and writing,
– you show initiative and you are a go-getter,
– you have experience with content management systems,
– you are overflowing with creativity and you are stress resistant,
– you have a keen sense of news and current developments,
– you look at your own work with a critical eye.
