Manchester United will be full this summer for the arrival of Harry Kane, Declan Rice and Mason Mount. That reports Sky Sports Thursday afternoon. Manager Erik ten Hag wants to bring his selection to war strength for the Champions League and thinks he can do that with the aforementioned three. The arrival of Kane has the highest priority.

It should be no secret that Ten Hag is looking for a top striker. De Tukker has said several times this season that he would love to bring a world-class finisher to Old Trafford. Ten Hag currently rotates in the striker position with Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Wout Weghorst, the latter two of whom could not convince the manager. Weghorst will leave after this season anyway, while Martial also seems to be heading for the exit.

Kane has to close the gap the two will create. United will probably have to dig deep into their pockets for that. Tottenham Hotspur is expected to ask for at least a hundred million euros for his star player, although United is prepared to go far. Ten Hag has indicated that he wants Kane ‘mostly’, rather than Rice and Mount. Getting them only seems possible with a takeover of the club, with the new owners providing the transfer budget with a bit more punch.

Like Kane, Rice is expected to cost well over $100 million. Mount is the ‘cheapest’ of the three. Chelsea would be happy at all if the 24-year-old playmaker brings in an eight-nil figure and according to The Athletic United is already preparing an initial offer of 63 million. As a cheaper alternative, Mohammed Kudus, among others, would be in the picture. The Ghanaian has submitted his departure wish to Ajax and is reportedly allowed to leave for an amount of around forty million euros.
