Tottenham Hotspur are still in the market for Harry Kane support, and the Londoners have apparently set their sights on Serie A. After Arkadiusz, Milik was formerly associated with a transition to the spurs, Andrea Belotti is apparently also in the interest of Tottenham.

Sky Italia reports manager José Mourinho’s club has turned to Torino for the 26-year-old striker. The English would il Toro proposed to initially appoint the 28-year-old international in Italy for a season, including the option to take him over for a total of fifty million euros.

However, the Turin club sent this offer to the bin. Torino only want to say goodbye to Belotti when it comes to a definitive transfer and will therefore only agree to such a construction when it comes to a purchase obligation, rather than an option. Belotti currently has a transfer clause of 100 million for clubs outside Italy in his contract that runs until 2022, but Torino apparently accept that this amount will not be on the table anyway.

For Tottenham, it is still a relatively quiet transfer window, with only Matt Doherty, Pierre-Emile Höjbjerg, both taken over for just under seventeen million euros from Wolverhampton Wanderers and Southampton respectively, and transfer-free Joe Hart as newcomers. Kyle Walker-Peters (Southampton), Jan Vertonghen (Benfica), Oliver Skipp (on loan at Norwich City) and Michel Vorm (still without club) said goodbye.
