AC Milan is after the signature of Noni Madueke. That reports Corriere dello Sport Sunday. The Italian national champion saw the wing attacker impress in the mutual practice game with PSV and was therefore convinced. However, Milan will have to be patient, as Ruud van Nistelrooij has already confirmed that he does not want to lose any more key players this winter.

In the last exhibition game of 2022, Madueke stole the show on behalf of PSV. The normally wing forward was at the forefront for the occasion and guided his club with two characteristic goals to a 3-0 victory over the Italian visitors. They saw in Madueke a player who fits perfectly into the picture they have in mind. That is why Milan would like to use the next six months to inspect the Englishman more closely, in preparation for a possible transfer next summer.

Stefano Pioli contributes in Rossoneri in a 4-2-3-1 formation, which Madueke would fit seamlessly into. The head coach of Milan has not yet found his ideal man on the right wing: Ante Rebic, Rade Krunic, Junior Messias and Alexis Saelemaekers will be alternated this season. The latter served as the right attacker against PSV. If Milan wants to strike immediately and Madueke wants to loosen up this winter, it will come home from a rude awakening. After the exhibition game, Van Nistelrooij indicated that he would not let any players leave this winter.

Madueke returned at the end of October after the umpteenth injury in his career, which kept him busy from the end of July. After the departure of star player Gakpo, PSV hopes that the twenty-year-old Englishman can finally fulfill his promise. For the time being, Madueke has one hit in six games across all competitions this season. He is still under contract at the Philips Stadium until mid-2025 and will continue Transfer market valued at fifteen million euros.
