PSV’s line-up for the home game against FC Emmen is known. Trainer Ruud van Nistelrooij has decided to change his line-up in four places compared to the duel with AS Monaco (1-1). Ismael Saibari is replaced in right wing position by Johan Bakayoko, while Ki-Jana Hoever returns to the starting line-up at the expense of Philipp Mwene. In midfield, Xavi Simons and Érick Gutiérrez are preferred over Guus Til and Ibrahim Sangaré respectively. The kick-off will take place at 8 p.m. in the Philips Stadium.
Goalkeeper Walter Benítez makes his debut in the Eredivisie on Saturday evening. In front of the closing post is a four-man defense, in which Hoever returns. In the preliminary round of the Champions League, Van Nistelrooij preferred Mwene. Jordan Teze, just like in previous duels, plays in the center back and forms the central duo with Armando Obispo. Philipp Max fills in the left back position.

The experienced André Ramalho once again watches from the bench. Last Saturday, the Brazilian returned from his ankle injury. Half an hour before the end, Ramalho was allowed to fill in the duel with Ajax for the Johan Cruijff Scale (3-5), while he also made minutes against Monaco as a substitute. Van Nistelrooij is therefore making two changes in midfield: Sangaré and Til may get some rest in the run-up to the return against Monaco. Joey Veerman keeps his place and forms the midfield with Simons and Gutiérrez.
The people from Eindhoven start in the front with Bakayoko, Luuk de Jong and Cody Gakpo. Asset Sávio was already allowed to participate in the game between Jong PSV and Willem II (1-1) and is on Saturday evening as a substitute in the selection for the meeting with Emmen. Yorbe Vertessen and Carlos Vinicius are sidelined with injuries. Bakayoko, Xavi Simons and Richard Ledezma are the most obvious alternatives up front.
