A PSV supporter caused a violent incident in the Philips Stadium on Thursday evening. The miscreant entered the field, attacked Marko Dmitrovic and landed on top of the Sevilla goalkeeper. Dmitrovic quickly received help from PSV striker Luuk de Jong and stewards who rushed over, after which the attacker was taken away by security. The incident may have far-reaching consequences for PSV. A hefty penalty from UEFA hangs over the club. In the end, a 2-0 win was just not enough to recover the 3-0 defeat from Spain.
