Jeremy Antonisse has extended his contract with PSV until mid-2024, the Eindhoven club announced on Monday morning. The 19-year-old left-footed winger’s old commitment continued until the summer of 2022 Eindhovens Dagblad knew a few weeks ago that the PSV leadership was busy with the last details regarding Antonisse’s new contract.

In the press release about Antonisse’s contract extension, PSV again quotes a quote from 2019, when the young winger signed his first professional contract in the Philips Stadium. “The club is deep in my heart,” said the PSV attacker two years ago. In January of this year, trainer Roger Schmidt Antonisse made his debut in the main force. As a replacement for Eran Zahavi, he was allowed to participate for a minute in the 2-0 win against FC Emmen. Since then, Antonisse has not played for the PSV first team.

Antonisse entered the PSV youth academy as an eight-year-old and since the 2020/21 season, the attacker has been part of the club’s promise team. In the Kitchen Champion Diviaie he has so far scored 1 goal and 1 assist in 26 league matches. PSV previously managed to extend Fodé Fofana’s contract until mid-2025. The eighteen-year-old striker was mentioned at Olympique Marseille, but ultimately opted for a longer stay in Eindhoven.
