Memphis Depay has been injured at the the Dutch squad. A few minutes after the break in the Nations League game between Poland and the Netherlands (0-1 halfway through), the attacker grabbed his hamstring and remained injured in front of Wojciech Szczesny’s goal area. A collision with Piotr Zielinski may have caused the injury of the striker, who had to be replaced.
In the fiftieth minute of play, Depay suddenly sat down. Although the seriousness of the injury is unknown, he was immediately replaced. The the Dutch attacker seemed to get caught behind Zielinski’s leg and was unable to continue afterwards. Depay was able to leave the field without the intervention of a stretcher and was replaced by Vincent Janssen. Teun Koopmeiners was also injured at the start of the match.
