Top players, but also clubs from home and abroad, provide an insight into the ins and outs of the football world (almost) every day via Instagram, X or other internet channels. In this edition of VZ Social attention is paid to Luis Figo, who makes fun of the Barcelona fans.

Luis Figo has increased the tension towards the Clasico between Real Madrid and Barcelona on Sunday. The former midfielder pokes fun at Barcelona fans in a commercial for Uber Eats.

Figo moved from Barcelona to Real Madrid in 2000, which was not appreciated by the Catalan fans. Two years later, the Portuguese was at the center of what was one of the most infamous Clasicos would ever be.

The Portuguese's move to the eternal rival was not appreciated by the Barcelona supporters, who threw a pig's head onto the pitch from the stands of the Camp Nou. The match was then stopped for fourteen minutes by referee Medina Cantalejo.

22 years after the infamous incident, Figo himself adds fuel to the fire in a commercial for Uber Eats. In the clip you can see how the former player reads about the events of that time, while his window is pelted with vegetables.
