On Friday evening, NEC won a league match for the first time since August 14, visiting SC Cambuur. The Nijmegen team won 0-1 in Friesland thanks to a great match from Lasse Schöne. NEC climbs up to place ten in the Eredivisie due to the victory, while Cambuur remains in place sixteen.
