Ronald Koeman has put his penthouse in Noordwijk up for sale, it is reported Well-Known Neighbors. The 61-year-old national coach of the Dutch team bought the luxury apartment in 2020 for 1,298,000 euros and now hopes to make a generous profit.

Koeman had a mortgage of 2.5 million euros placed on it at the time. This allowed him to have the penthouse completely renovated. The national coach has put the luxury penthouse up for sale for an asking price of 2.7 million euros.

The apartment, located on the tenth floor of the Domaine Huis ter Duin complex, has a breathtaking view of the land and sea. The living area is 143 square meters and has a total of 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The penthouse also offers access to the amenities of the five-star Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin, including direct access to the beach, restaurants and wellness facilities. The apartment also has a spacious sun terrace of no less than 103 square meters.
