Barcelona president Joan Laporta has interrupted his holiday due to an emergency meeting at the Camp Nou. Barca have still failed to sign their new signings into LaLiga. For this, the Spanish top club must first have its financial household in order. A fourth financial injection was supposed to offer a solution, but according to Mundo Deportivo this operation is being delayed by legal and administrative problems.

The Catalan newspaper writes that Barcelona at this stage doubts whether it can finalize the deal before the first league game of the season. Barça will receive Rayo Vallecano at home on Saturday evening at 9 p.m. Barcelona is now looking at other options to be able to register at least a few acquisitions. The club is very concerned about the fourth financial injection. What seemed a foregone conclusion a few days ago and was about to be signed is now bogged down in legal and administrative difficulties.

On Tuesday it was announced that the club was about to sell 24.5 percent of production company Barça Studios again, with which it is reported that 100 million euros can be added. Concern within the board is so great that Laporta cut off his holiday on the Costa Brava on Thursday to meet Vice-President Rafael Yuste Technical Director Mateu Alemany and Treasurer Ferran Olivé at the Camp Nou.

One of the scenarios Barça is considering is to request special permission from LaLiga, informing them in advance about the status of the negotiations to sell the shares of Barça Studios. The last resort to be able to enroll at least some of the newly enlisted players seems to be cutting some salaries. According to Cadena Cope Sergio Busquets and Gerard Pique have already indicated that they are willing to make a salary sacrifice.
