PSV can take the next giant step towards the upcoming national title against Vitesse on Saturday. The Eindhoven team will take on bottom-of-the-table Vitesse in their own Philips Stadium, which needs a miracle to survive. PSV coach Peter Bosz has Hirving Lozano available again, although the Mexican seems to start on the bench. The match starts at 4:30 PM and can be seen at ESPN2.

Walter Benítez is PSV's regular goalkeeper and will also try to keep his goal clean against Vitesse. No changes are expected in the rear either. Jordan Teze (right) and Sergiño Dest (left) are the backs, while Jerdy Schouten is expected to be preferred to André Ramalho in the center back. Olivier Boscagli is assured of his place as a left centre-back.

Bosz also has no reason to make any changes in midfield compared to the resounding victory over AZ (5-1). If that turns out to be correct, Joey Veerman, Mauro Júnior and number 10 Guus Til will kick off. Lozano has recovered from injuries and returns to the selection, although it is expected that the Mexican will celebrate his return as a substitute. Malik Tillman would once again be on the left wing. Striker Luuk de Jong counts on Johan Bakayoko on the right.

PSV still has to make do without the necessary attacking forces, although it suspects Eindhovens Dagblad that Ismael Saibari and Ricardo Pepi will be available again against SC Heerenveen on April 25. On the other hand, Noa Lang may not play again this season. On Thursday, the following player ended up in the sick bay: Isaac Babadi. The attacking midfielder suffered a knee injury and is 'basically' ready for this season.

Vitesse did not have Anis Hadj-Moussa at its disposal against NEC last weekend Algemeen Dagblad expect the Algerian to start on the bench against PSV. Unlike Hadj-Moussa, Marco van Ginkel, Davy Pröpper, Mexx Meerdink, Fodé Fofana and Miliano Jonathans will certainly not make any minutes due to various injuries.

The preparation for the match, which actually had to be won, did not go smoothly. For example, trainer Edward Sturing had to miss training on both Thursday and Friday due to flu. Star player Hadj-Moussa participated in the reserves at the final training and therefore does not appear to be a starter. A big loss for Vitesse, which is currently seven points away from sixteenth place and eight from number fifteen.

Possible PSV line-up: Benitez; Teze, Schouten, Boscagli, Dest; Veerman, Til, Mauro Júnior; Bakayoko, De Jong, Tillman.

Possible line-up Vitesse: Cream; Arcus, Isimat-Mirin, Hendriks, Pinto; Aaronson, Tielemans, Meulensteen; De Regt, Buitink, Boutrah.
