Noa Lang is looking forward to the match between Feyenoord and PSV next Sunday with great confidence, as can be seen from his performance in the Pingelaars Podcast. The 24-year-old attacker characteristically announces that the Eindhoven team will win 0-3 in De Kuip. Lang is even taking an advance on PSV’s potential championship by inviting Feyenoord supporter and rapper Jack to the party in May.

As usual, the ten-time international of the Dutch national team does not mince words in the brand new podcast. When asked what the outcome of the match between Feyenoord and PSV will be, Lang gives a clear answer. “0-3!” The winger then speaks in a remarkable way about the now loaned Marcus Pedersen (Sassuolo).

Lang decided the match for the Johan Cruijff Shield at the beginning of August by scoring the only goal of the match after 79 minutes. The right leg is reminded that he was still playing against Pedersen at the time. Lang reveals that he received a clear message from trainer Peter Bosz. “The trainer literally said: ‘Noa, release that right back’. Wollah (I swear to you, ed.), I didn’t have to put any pressure. He called him a headless chicken.”

The PSV attacker is already confident. “Brother, we are seven points ahead. If we win away at Twente and we win away at Feyenoord, then it’s time to pack it in,” said Lang. The podcast was recorded before PSV’s away match with Twente, which the Eindhoven team won 0-3. Lang, who was recovering from a muscle injury, participated for fifteen minutes on Saturday.

Lang doesn’t understand why everyone says that PSV has an easy schedule. “Brother, what are you saying? You also had fortune, that ended up being 0-0. At Sparta you play 2-2 and we win 0-4. Who else have you had? RKC, 1-2, you win with difficulty. We also win there 0-4. Brother, we are not coming to play this year. We won everything!”

Rapper Jack then asks if Lang can name one serious opponent that PSV has had. “Ajax remains Ajax, that is a match in itself,” said the Capellen resident, who has a past in Amsterdam. The answer apparently does not satisfy Jack. “We won 0-4 there, we couldn’t even finish that match. If Brobbey had gone to sleep an hour earlier for that gimma (match, ed.) against you, he would have scored a hat trick within twelve minutes.”

Lang sticks to his point. “You just have to accept it. You’re seven points below us and I don’t want to hear much. You are going to stay among us. I’m going to invite you in May. You can come on the flat cart in Eindhoven, fissa. Go loesoe (away, ed.) man, Feyenoord. These are those standard things.” The match between Feyenoord and PSV will be played on Sunday at 12:15 p.m. Referee Danny Makkelie has been appointed by the KNVB to take charge.
