Daley Blind has started training with Ajax again this week after dropping out in preparation for the new season in the training match against Hertha BSC. The youths were surprised on Friday by the defender, who hung a laughing drawing of him on a fridge at De Toekomst. He can laugh about it for a long time, according to his post on Instagram in which he calls Blind a ‘bully’.

On Thursday night, Blind visited his former teammate and fellow international Matthijs de Ligt in Amsterdam. The Juventus defender is recovering from shoulder surgery and will remain in the Netherlands this week. On Thursday he visited De Toekomst, after which he and his girlfriend AnneKee Molenaar went out to dinner with Blind and his wife Candy-Rae Fleur.
