María Morán, Jasper Cillessen’s ex, has become the target of very questionable insults against her person in Spain. The journalist from GolTV started after Real Madrid’s 4-2 win at home against Almeria over Vinícius Júnior’s yellow card. The Spanish asked trainer Carlo Ancelotti if it wasn’t better that his pupil would get red once, with which she antagonized Real fans.

Vinícius received his tenth yellow card of the season in LaLiga against Almeria for comments on the lead and therefore had to miss last Tuesday’s away match against Real Sociedad (2-0 loss). Reason enough for Moran to ask Ancelotti for an explanation. The reporter asked the Italian if it wouldn’t be better if his winger got red once, because he would then ‘really learn his lesson’.

Moran suspects that next time Vinícius will leave his protests towards the arbitration in case of a red card. “No, red is certainly not necessary. All those yellow cards are more than enough”, Ancelotti replied to Moran’s assumption. The question from the Spanish journalist did not go down well with a large part of the Real supporters, who insulted her undesirably via social media. For example, they threatened to rape her and they targeted her eighteen-month-old daughter.

Moran has said that all curses and threats will be reported to the Spanish police. She also thanked all her colleagues who publicly stood up for her. At the beginning of February, Morán also announced that she had filed a report against Cillessen, with whom she has an eighteen-month-old daughter. The goalkeeper of NEC becomes abandono familiar blamed (loosely translated: abandoning the family). She also accuses her ex of threats and blackmail. Both Cillessen and NEC refuse to comment on the matter for the time being.
