AZ will leave around fifteen million euros to Myron Boadu, it is assured L’Equipe. The twenty-year-old striker moves for that amount to AS Monaco, which is close to an agreement with the Alkmaarders. The French newspaper adds that Peter Bosz was also in the race for Boadu with Olympique Lyon.

Bosz considers Boadu an ideal addition to his attacking line, but Lyon currently does not have the financial means to buy the attacker. The French top club seems to regard Ajax goalkeeper André Onana as a top priority, about which negotiations are still ongoing. Lyon also hopes to earn money from Houssem Aouar, who is in the interest of Arsenal. Only after that would LOL can focus on Boadu, but that comes too late.

Monaco is serious about the arrival of the Dutch Junior International and hopes to quickly reach an agreement with AZ. according to L’Equipe white smoke is expected at the end of this week. Boadu has a contract with AZ until mid-2023 and would become the fourth most expensive player in club history with a transfer fee of fifteen million euros.
