BILD has released details of Thomas Tuchel's speech after his dismissal from Bayern Munich. It was recently announced that the fifty-year-old coach will leave at the end of the season der Rekordmeister.

After defeats against Bayer Leverkusen and VfL Bochum in the Bundesliga and the disaster at Lazio in the Champions League, the Bayern board decided to say goodbye to Tuchel early.

The German will finish the season, but will then leave the Allianz Arena. One of the main reasons for the departure is said to be the soured relationship with a number of stars, including Joshua Kimmich.

In his first speech after his dismissal interview, Tuchel attempted to clarify the situation, he wrote BILD. “There are no longer discussions every week, let that be clear to everyone. We can still achieve something this season,” Tuchel is said to have said.

However, it didn't stop there. Tuchel then addressed the players who didn't like him. “You can now show it to the new coach,” were his words.

Bayern CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen also spoke. “I have emphatically told the players that personal interests must be subordinated to those of the club and the team. The most important is FC Bayern.”

Bayern is going through a turbulent season characterized by mixed results. The team has been eliminated from the cup and is eight points behind Bayer Leverkusen in the Bundesliga, which seriously affects their hopes of winning a trophy.
