Xavi Simons has appeared on the radar at Arsenal, it has been reported Football International and the Eindhovens Dagblad. The attacker annex midfielder impressed last season in his debut season in the Eredivisie and can crown that with a transfer to the Premier League. Simons is still with PSV until mid-2027, but Paris Saint-Germain can buy him back for twelve million euros. However, the player himself has the deciding vote.

Simons has a clause in his contract that allows Paris Saint-Germain to buy him back for twelve million euros in 2023 and 2024.
