Ansu Fati was injured again on Saturday afternoon after a perfect first half against Celta de Vigo (0-3 at half-time). The 19-year-old attacker had given Barça the lead early on with a fine individual move and suddenly grabbed his hamstring just before half-time. Fati already gave his shirt away to a spectator and will therefore not return to the field after the break. Memphis Depay also signed for the third goal of Barca.
Fati was injured for nearly a year with a lingering knee injury and returned on September 26. After a new setback, the wing striker recently had to miss two games. On Tuesday, Fati made his comeback against Dynamo Kiev and scored the only goal of the game (0-1). Nothing seemed to stop the winger from also starting against Celta and he immediately gave his calling card with a beautiful goal. When pulling a sprint, it went wrong in the last minute of the first half. Given the nature of the injury, Barcelona will certainly have to miss Fati for several weeks.
