Ajax has a convincing start CL and really leaves nothing of Rangers
Ajax booked a resounding victory in the Champions League on Wednesday evening. In the Johan Cruijff ArenA, the team of trainer Alfred Schreuder was too strong for Rangers with 4-0. The best goal of the evening was scored by Mohammed Kudus, who put Ajax 3-0 from the left side of the penalty area with a diagonal shot. Later in the evening, the second game in Group C will be played between Napoli and Liverpool.

Chelsea has fired Thomas Tuchel on the spot, the Londoners announced via the official channels. The resignation of the German coach follows after the surprising 1-0 defeat at Dinamo Zagreb on Tuesday evening in the Champions League.

Geertruida suffers from mononucleosis and is not available for the time being
Lutsharel Geertruida suffers from mononucleosis, journalists Mikos Gouka and Dennis van Eersel announced on Twitter on Wednesday evening. Wednesday morning it was already announced that the selection of Feyenoord had boarded the plane to Rome without Geertruida. The defender-cum-midfielder has not yet recovered sufficiently to travel to the Italian capital.
