ADO Den Haag will strengthen itself in the short term with Dario Del Fabro. Include the Algemeen Dagblad and Broadcaster West report on Thursday that 25-year-old defender is on loan from Juventus. This would be an employment contract of one season.

Del Fabro has been under contract with since the summer of 2017 la Vecchia Signora, which took him over from Cagliari for four and a half million euros at the time. However, the stopper did not yet come from an official debut in the main squad, who was rented out to Novara, Cremonese and Kilmarnock in recent seasons.

Last season he impressed in the Scottish service and was able to show the highest percentage of defensive games won of any player in the Premiership. This season he will play his matches in the Eredivisie and ADO will be the third employer outside Italy for Del Fabro after Kilmarnock and Leeds United.

The defender is still with Juventus until mid-2023, but a breakthrough in the main force currently seems far away for Del Fabro. ADO will closely follow the developments surrounding the Italian after this season, as the residents of The Hague have also negotiated a resale percentage when Del Fabro leaves Juventus permanently behind. If it is sold in the coming years, ADO will therefore benefit.
