Angelo Fulgini has appeared on the radar of PSV, as you know RMC Sports on the closing day of the transfer window. The talks between all parties involved have only just started, it sounds like. Fulgini is a 25-year-old central midfielder who plays for SC Angers in France. His contract there runs until mid-2023, which means that PSV must come up with a transfer fee.

Fulgini, that Ivorian roots joined Angers in mid-2017 and in the past four years, the PSV-linked midfielder has made 128 official games in all competitions. In this fledgling season, Fulgini had a starting spot in all four Angers league matches in Ligue 1. The club currently occupies a handsome second place, just two points behind leaders Paris Saint-Germain.
