Mino Raiola is involved in women’s football. The agent of players such as Matthijs de Ligt, Paul Pogba, Erling Braut Haaland and Zlatan Ibrahimovic has recently also looked after the interests of 68-time Italian international Barbara Bonansea, reports La Gazzetta dello Sport. The 29-year-old Juventus striker is his first client in women’s football.

Bonansea, who previously wore the shirt of Torino and Brescia, is in her fourth and probably last season with Juventus. She has an expiring contract in Turin and there is no prospect of a new deal. Olympique Lyon has serious interest in taking over after this season. Interest from France is not new. Lyon wanted to attract her earlier, but at the time Bonansea preferred Juventus, with which she won three titles and a Coppa Italia.

Juventus has succeeded in keeping a number of key players on board in recent months. Martina Rosucci, Cecilia Salvai and Linda Sembrant signed a new contract, while trainer Rita Guarino also signed another year. La Vecchia Signora stay connected. According to Italian media, Raiola is the reason that Juventus has not come out with Bonansea. With an expiring contract, a transfer seems to be in the making.
