Everton and Tottenham Hotspur balanced each other on Monday evening. At Goodison Park, the Premier League game ended in a 1-1 draw after a blistering final phase. Lucas Moura became the schlemiel of the evening, as he was sent off with a direct red card six minutes after coming on. In the ninetieth minute, Michael Keane canceled Harry Kane’s penalty kick with a nice long shot.
In the opening phase, two good chances were immediately noted on both sides. On behalf of Everton, Demarai Gray failed to work the ball between the posts, while Kane on the other side just failed to give his team the lead. The striker managed to score in the second half. A few minutes after Abdoulaye Doucouré was sent off with a direct red card for a reckless tackle, Keane also made an error. Although the defender did not receive a red card, his foul on Cristian Romero in the box was punished with a penalty. Kane made from eleven meters and put his team 0-1.

There seemed to be no problem for Tottenham until Moura took the field. The Brazilian came on in the 82nd minute Heung-min Son and lasted exactly six minutes before he was sent off with a red card. Moura put his studs in Keane’s ankle and was allowed to leave immediately by referee David Coote. Disaster struck in the ninetieth minute of play the Spurs. With a wonderful shot from outside the box, Keane managed to surprise goalkeeper Hugo Lloris: 1-1. Arnaut Danjuma remained on the bench at Tottenham for the entire match.
