It seems that Oussama Tannane is working on his last months in the service of Vitesse. Football International is able to report that there is interest from the German Bundesliga and the Italian Serie A for the 26-year-old attacking midfielder. In January, a lucrative transfer to the United Arab Emirates ricocheted for Tannane.

Al Ain wanted to bring Tannane to the Middle East, but the transfer bounced because the club could not meet Vitesse’s financial conditions. “It was almost complete. Everything was done with that club. But in the end, the transition ricocheted. That was a bit of a downer, ”Tannane said in conversation with last month the Gelderlander. The regional newspaper initially wrote about an offer from Spain, but according to Football International Tannane could have made a ‘lucrative move’ to the United Arab Emirates.

It seems unlikely that Tannane can be retained for Vitesse next summer. His contract will continue until mid-2022, so that the Arnhemmers will in principle have to get rid of him in a number of months to prevent him from entering his last contract year. Two clubs from the Bundesliga and Serie A would be keeping an eye on Tannane at the moment. De Gelderlander previously reported that ‘numerous clubs’, from France and Spain to Germany, Russia and the Middle East, are watching him.

Tannane previously played abroad for Saint-Étienne and Las Palmas, after which FC Utrecht initially brought him back to the Netherlands on a rental basis. Vitesse then picked him up in the summer of 2019 and the Arnhemmers took him over from Saint-Étienne a year later. Tannane was this season in 26 games for Vitesse good for 6 goals and 9 assists.
