Quilindschy Hartman disagrees with his rating in EA Sports FC 24, formerly FIFA. He announced this in front of the cameras on Wednesday evening ESPN. Feyenoord’s 21-year-old left back saw his rating increase by 12 points (from 60 to 72), but believes he should have been even better in the video game. “Hancko is 80, Wieffer is 76, so that didn’t go very well,” Hartman said with a wink.

Hartman is well aware of the ratings of the Feyenoorders. “I must say I am not completely satisfied. I’m 72. Hancko is 80, Wieffer is 76, so that didn’t go very well. Oh well, last year I was 60 and now 72. Hopefully I’ll get one winter upgrade and I can live to be 80 next year.” The high-profile full-back has no idea who set the ratings. “I don’t think they’re paying attention,” he says with a laugh. “The Dutch national team, Champions League, champion with Feyenoord and then you are only 72. That is of course not good.”

Wieffer, who has a gold card in Ultimate Team for the first time, is satisfied. “I just saw last year I had 64, so twelve up I think is a pretty good improvement. So that’s great, yeah. If I get another twelve next year, it will go fast haha! But I don’t assume that.” Unlike Hartman, the down-to-earth Tukker is not really a gamer. The latter indicates that he is quite fanatical. “How many hours do I game? I’m at home a lot, so I think about an hour and a half a day.”

On Wednesday it was announced that Feijenoord Stadium, commonly known as De Kuip, is not included in EA Sports FC 24 after all. Earlier this year, a rumor arose that De Kuip would be featured digitally for the first time in an EA Sports game this year. @FUTZONEFIFA presented that news in a convincing manner, but seems to have been wrong. Unlike Ajax and PSV fans, Feyenoord fans cannot play online in their favorite stadium. De Kuip was previously featured in eFootball (formerly PES), but that is no longer the case. The question now remains whether De Kuip will be added to EA Sports FC 24 at a later stage.
