Turkey failed to win Guinea on Monday evening. The team of national coach Senol Günes was the parent in the exhibition game, but the wall of the current number 72 of the FIFA world ranking was not broken: 0-0. Orkun Kökçü and Halil Dervisoglu started from the bench but came in in the second half. On Thursday, Turkey will play a final friendly against Moldova in preparation for the European Championship.

The most notable absentee on the Turkish side was Burak Yilmaz, who won the French national title with OSC Lille last week and was released for the friendly meeting.
