Jens Petter Hauge will definitely continue his career for AC Milan, the Italian club announced on Thursday. After the successful medical examination, the wing attacker from Norwegian FK Bodö / Glimt signed a contract until mid-2025 in the San Siro. Italian transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, among others, already reported last weekend that AC Milan had the best papers to bring Hauge to Serie A. No further announcements are made by the club management about a transfer fee.

Hauge made a big impression last week in the duel of the Italian superpower with FK Bodö / Glimt (3-2) in the third qualification round of the Europa League. The Norwegian winger signed for a goal and an assist. Nevertheless, elimination in a European context could not be avoided. Countryman Erling Braut Haaland, however, was very impressed by the performance of the only twenty-year-old Hauge. “Have you seen the goal of Jens Petter Hauge?”, The Borussia Dortmund attacker asked his followers on Instagram.

Hauge has been followed by more clubs in recent times. The scouts of sc Heerenveen, among others, had the young wing attacker in their sights. However, a switch to the Eredivisie is no longer possible. Hauge, who will wear shirt number 15 in Milan, leaves his Norwegian employer with 35 hits and 30 in 117 appearances behind his name. His debut for AC Milan may already follow on Sunday in the home game with PhD candidate Spezia, where Jeroen Zoet is under the bar.
