Feyenoord has to deal with a second corona case in the selection, the Rotterdammers report. The Telegraph further reports that Luis Sinisterra is the player who was the first player of Feyenoord to test positive this week. The club itself kept the name secret for privacy reasons. Sinisterra and the second infected player are logically missing against Fortuna Sittard on Sunday.

On Friday it was announced that in addition to the player with corona, as it now appears to be Sinisterra, three other players have also gone into home quarantine as a preventive measure. It is unclear whether the newly infected player belongs to those three players who went into self-isolation. The second contamination emerged from the test round that was held on Friday among the entire player group and technical staff.

Dick Advocaat gave a press conference on Friday afternoon, when the second positive corona case was not yet known. “We will have to wait and see what is available tomorrow (Saturday, ed.)”, Said the Feyenoord trainer. “This has a big impact. We have all been tested again this morning and we will hear that result tomorrow. There may be more to come. I assume the players I have and do not complain about the players who are not there. because there are none. “
