Real Madrid wants to hijack Lautaro Martínez in front of Barcelona, so knows Sport Mediaset Monday to report. In fact, the Spanish champion is said to have almost reached an agreement with Internazionale on the transfer of the Argentine attacker. With the transfer to the Royal would involve a transfer fee of no less than a hundred million euros.

The above medium emphasizes that the good ties between Inter and Real can speed up the deal. Earlier this summer Achraf Hakimi made the switch from the Madrid superpower to the Italian top club for forty million euros. A few months ago, forty million euros was deposited for the right back. Real now hopes that Martínez, whose contract in the Giuseppe Meazza will run for another three seasons, will take the opposite route. It is suggested that the final transfer fee for Martínez will be sixty million euros, with Real no longer having to transfer the amount for Hakimi.

Martínez can reap eight million euros a year from Real, two million euros less than the 23-year-old attacker at Barcelona could earn, adds Sport Mediaset to that. From a financial point of view, the Argentinean is improving anyway, because a new contract with Inter would bring him five million euros per season. Not so long ago Martínez was heavily linked to Barcelona, which, however, postponed the arrival of the striker due to the corona crisis. It now seems that Real has the best papers to do business in Milan. There are rumours in Spain that they are willing to include the disappointing Luka Jovic in the deal.

Inter-trainer Antonio Conte wants to use the money that comes in with the sale of Martínez to attract N’Golo Canté. Player and coach worked together for two seasons at Chelsea, and Conte became very impressed with the qualities of the French midfielder during that period. The Blues would like to receive at least fifty million euros in the event of a possible sale of Kanté.
