In the night from Wednesday to Thursday, fans of FC Copenhagen tried to keep the PSV selection awake in the run-up to the return in the Conference League. The Danish supporters set off fireworks, but were at the wrong Radisson hotel. The PSV squad stayed in another hotel of the chain in a different part of the city, keeping unsuspecting hotel guests from sleeping instead of the PSV players.

The media department of the Eindhoven club also got wind of the clumsy action of the Copenhagen fans and shares a photo on Twitter of a well-known meme with the various hotels of Radisson. PSV hopes to qualify for the quarterfinals of the Conference League on Thursday evening. The first game in Eindhoven ended in a 4-4 draw last week.
