Ronaldinho gets little pleasure from watching the national team of 'his' Brazil, the legendary former midfielder indicates on his Instagram page. In fact, it is so bad that Ronaldinho refuses to watch the Seleção during the upcoming Copa América.

“This is it guys, I will not watch any of Brazil's matches at the Copa América, nor celebrate any victory,” are the remarkable texts of Ronaldinho, who became world champion with the national team in 2002.

“I've had enough. It's a sad moment for those who love Brazilian football. It's hard now to find the mind to watch the matches.”

“It's one of the worst teams in recent years. There are no respectable leaders, and most of them are average players.” He leaves it open as to which players he is referring to.

“I have never seen such a bad situation as this. There is a lack of love for the Brazil shirt, perseverance and most importantly of all, lack of love for football.”

“This is one of the worst teams of recent years. It's a shame. That's why I won't be watching Copa América matches,” closes o Bruxo his argument.

Brazil starts its Copa América campaign on June 25 (Dutch date) with a match against Costa Rica. This will be followed by confrontations with Paraguay and Colombia. Brazil is looking for rehabilitation after losing the 2021 final, in the Maracanã of all places, 0-1 against arch-rival Argentina.
