Nuno Espírito Santo announced Monday that Harry Kane is available for the meeting with Manchester City. The striker has been in the news regularly in recent times due to the explicit interest of the Citizens and because of his ‘late’ return to training for Tottenham Hotspur. The London coach nevertheless takes into account that the goal-getter will appear at the kick-off during the squatter against City.
“All players in the selection are available next weekend, and it is up to us to decide who will play,” Nuno said on Monday. Sky Sports when asked if Harry Kane can be used. According to various English media, the striker was already expected back at Tottenham last Monday, but according to reports he stayed away of his own volition to force a transfer to City. On Friday, Kane still reported to the club, in his own words ‘as planned’.
