On Sunday evening, Club Brugge booked a victory in the Jupiler Pro League. In-house Blue-black some trouble with Royal Excel Mouscron, which was only passed in the final phase due to Noa Lang and Bas Dost: 4-2. There was also a star role for Ruud Vormer, who was at the basis of Club’s first two hits. Due to the defeat, Mouscron is relegated to the 1B Pro League.

Dost’s disallowed goal was one of the few highlights of the first half. Charles De Ketelaere had a good cross to the striker who finished cool-blooded, but the goal was rejected because Vormer was offside in the build-up of the attack. On the stroke of half time, Lang also made another contribution. He turned freely in the box and produced a vicious shot towards the short corner, but goalkeeper Hervé Koffi turned the bet into a corner kick with a nice save. After the break the spectacle started.

In the 51st minute, the previously invisible Mouscron took the lead via Hamdi Harbaoui, who nodded hard from a cross by Alessandro Ciranni: 0-1. Four minutes later, Club already tied the score. It was De Ketelaere who simply scored the 1-1 from a corner by Vormer. When Club took the lead after more than an hour of play, Vormer once again played an important role. This time, with a corner from the other side, he ensured that the ball reached Hans Vanaken, after which the latter finished in a somewhat fortunate manner: 2-1.

Noa Lang just does it again. ????

The goal was defused twenty minutes before the end by Matías Silvestre, who got the ball from a carom in front of his feet and scored the 2-2. Ultimately, Club would still win. In the 85th minute, Lang slipped into the 3-2 on a pass from Odilon Kossounou; Dost put the final score on the scoreboard three minutes later. Long found his compatriot with a cross at the far post and Dost finished cool-blooded: 4-2.
