Big man on the German side, Nkunku, completed his ‘false’ hat-trick on a pass from Youssef Poulsen. João Cancelo, however, put an end to all the visitors’ hopes within two minutes and made it 5-3. Moments later, Angeliño received his second yellow card from referee Gözübüyük, leaving RB Leipzig with ten men. Substitute Gabriel Jesus determined the final score at 6-3 a few minutes before time.
